Morris Drumm
Morris Drumm is an adjunct instructor in the Department of Political Science at TCU and has served in the same capacity at Tarrant County College since 2003. Prior to this he was an adjunct and full time instructor at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. He has thirty-six years of teaching and administrative experience on the college and private school levels.
Morris also served as a mid-level manager, responsible for administering, directing, and controlling the claims program under Title 38 USC for compensation, pension and education, as well as other ancillary benefits for veterans and their dependents living in 164 counties in the State of Texas. This position was the third highest professional and technical authority on these programs in a VA Regional Office. In this position he directly supervised and performance evaluated 85 of 175 division employees at grade levels GS-3 through GS-12 (including medical doctors).
