Brian Portugal
Mr. Portugal is an attorney. His main areas of practice are white collar and government regulatory litigation, commercial litigation, and appeals.

He received his B.A., cum laude, from TCU in December 2001 and was one of the first graduates of the Political Science Department's Distinction Program. He received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in April 2005. While a law student, he was a Senior Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and published a law review article which has since been cited in a prestigious treatise on federal practice and procedure.
After law shool, Mr. Portugal accepted an appointment as a law clerk to the Honorable H. Dale Cook of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, during which time he also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law. The following year, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Reavley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
